How to create the life you want

I have had so many conversations this week on a similar topic that is causing all sorts of suffering and challenges for my clients. I’m pretty sure it will be something that will be happening for you too and so I wanted to share it with you.

These wonderful people know what they want to create (as that’s what we’ve worked on) and they’re getting super frustrated because they often find themselves doing or creating the opposite.

Why?

This happens when we step back into operating from our old subconscious programming. We’re on autopilot rather than being a conscious participant in our life. Our mind is roughly 95% subconscious & 5% conscious so you can see how it would be easy to do.

So what do we do?

We change the subconscious programming, we change the beliefs and the thought patterns.

These can be tricky to spot yourself because you don’t see them as beliefs, you see them as facts, as gospel. Which is exactly why these people are working with me, so I can help them see their blind spots and create the life they want.

So I have 2 questions for you:

1. Do you know what you want to create? (Often what we think we want isn’t what we want, it’s the feeling we think that will give us that we actually want).

2. How do you plan to create that? (You may have tried several times and not got the outcome you wanted and yet you keep telling yourself it’ll be different this time despite no new strategy or reason why it hasn’t been working)

I created the Sisterhood to help you to be able to know what you want to create and to actually create it, sustainably.

Is it a magic wand? - no, there is no magic wand (and please don’t believe anyone that tells you differently!).

Will it help you to create the life you want if you’re willing to do the work? - absolutely!

The tag line for The Sisterhood is ‘Find your Happy, Find your Freedom’ and it does just that. If you don’t want that, then this isn’t for you.
